Eric Lopez began his career in the construction industry in 1995 where he worked as an assistant to a contractor. After graduating from Sam Houston State University he began working for KB Home as a superintendent/customer service manager.  Following his 6-year tenure with KB Home, Eric gained an abundance of knowledge and skill that enabled him to form Zepol Building Group LLC.  With over 14 years of experience, Zepol Building Group LLC is confident and committed that our expertise, work and professionalism will surpass your expectations.

 Cricket Wireless did a Rebuilding Together Project in the Spring of 2009. The project was to rebuild and restore a home for Verna Campbell in the Sunnyside community of Houston. I was the project lead and had to compile 40 or so volunteers to get the project completed. I realized quickly that I had only a couple of “skilled” helpers and needed additional help. I called in Eric Lopez of Zepol Building Group LLC to help us on National Rebuilding Together Day in April, 2009. His company was more than happy to come out and walk the project prior to rebuild day plus asked several partners and his own staff to come out and help. Zepol Building Group LLC was amazing, they not only jumped right in and help restore this home but Eric and his team came out to handle the tough projects such as exterior door replacement, new gutters, and major wall repairs. The Cricket/Rebuilding Together project could have never been completed without Eric Lopez and his team of helpers.
